Every other service ends at your website. An ad click, a search result, a link in your Instagram bio. They all arrive at the same place, and if that place is slow or confusing you have paid to bring someone in and then lost them.

The problem

A website can look fine and still lose you money.

The question is not whether it looks modern. It is whether someone who arrives ready to buy can finish. Four reasons they often cannot.

01

It takes too long to load

People leave slow sites, and they leave them before anything you wrote appears. This is the most common problem we find and the least visible to the owner, because you load your own site from a fast connection on a good device with everything already cached.

02

The next step is not obvious

A visitor should never have to work out what to do. Call, book, order, message. One clear action, visible without scrolling, repeated at the bottom. Sites that bury the phone number in a footer are asking a motivated customer to hunt, and some of them will not.

03

It was designed on a desktop

Most of your visitors are on a phone. If the layout was designed at full width and then squeezed down, the result is text that needs pinching, buttons that miss, and menus that fight the thumb. That is not a small annoyance. It is most of your traffic.

04

It cannot be found in the first place

Plenty of attractive sites are built with no structure Google can read: one page for everything, no headings, no schema, images with no alt text. Design and SEO are not separate jobs, and treating them as separate is why a rebuild sometimes loses rankings.

What we build

Sites built to convert, not to win awards.

We are not interested in a site that photographs well and books nothing. The measure is whether enquiries go up.

01

Fast on the devices your customers actually hold

We test on mid-range phones and throttled connections rather than on a designer's laptop. Compressed images, minimal scripts, and no heavy sliders that exist to impress the person who commissioned them.

02

One page per thing you sell

A page for each service and each market you want to be found in, rather than one page listing everything. This is what makes a site rankable and what gives your ads somewhere specific to land.

03

Contact made frictionless

Phone that dials on tap, WhatsApp that opens the conversation, a short form rather than a long one, and a map that works. Every additional field on a form costs you completions.

04

Something you can update yourself

Built on WordPress or Shopify so changing your hours, prices or photos does not require calling us. We would rather you spent that money on marketing than on edits.

Our process

How a build runs.

Six stages. The first one is the reason rebuilds sometimes lose rankings, and the reason ours do not.

01

Record what the current site already earns

Which pages rank, which URLs have links pointing at them, and where existing traffic lands. Rebuilding without this is how a business launches a beautiful new site and watches its enquiries fall, because the pages Google trusted no longer exist at the same addresses.

02

Plan the page structure around real searches

The sitemap comes from keyword research, not from a list of what you offer. What people actually type decides which pages exist and what each one is called.

03

Design the phone version first

The small screen is designed first and the desktop version expands from it. Doing it the other way round is how you end up with a site that technically fits a phone and is unpleasant to use on one.

04

Build, with the structure Google needs included

Headings in a real hierarchy, schema markup, alt text, clean URLs and internal links between related pages. This is not an SEO phase added afterwards. It is how the site gets built.

05

Test on real conditions before launch

Load speed on a throttled mobile connection, forms and WhatsApp links actually delivering, tracking firing correctly, and every old URL redirected to its new equivalent.

06

Watch the first month closely

Rankings and enquiries compared against the baseline from stage one. If something dropped, we find out in week two rather than in a quarterly review.

Latin America

What changes when you build for this region.

01

Page weight matters more here

A site built for a US audience on fast connections and recent iPhones behaves differently on a mid-range Android outside a major city. The same design decisions that are merely suboptimal there are disqualifying here.

02

WhatsApp is a primary contact method, not a nice extra

For most businesses in this region a WhatsApp button will outperform a contact form by a wide margin, because it starts a conversation in the app your customer already lives in. Sites here should be built around that rather than treating it as an afterthought.

03

Payment methods vary by country

An e-commerce build that only accepts international credit cards will exclude a large share of buyers in several of our markets. Which local methods matter depends on the country, and it is worth deciding before the store is built rather than after.

04

Some markets need both languages

In Panama City, Costa Rica and tourism markets like Cancún, a meaningful share of buyers search in English. Bilingual structure is far cheaper to build in at the start than to retrofit onto a finished site.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

How much does a website cost?
It depends on how many pages you need and whether you are selling online. A focused site for a local business is a very different project from a store with hundreds of products and local payment methods. We scope it after understanding what the site has to do, not before.
How long does it take?
Most business sites run four to eight weeks. E-commerce takes longer. The stage that usually slips is content and photography from your side, so we agree what you owe us and when at the start rather than discovering it mid-build.
Will I lose my Google rankings if you rebuild my site?
Not if the migration is done properly. We record what currently ranks before touching anything and redirect every old URL to its new equivalent. Rankings drop after a rebuild when nobody does that, and it is one of the most common and most expensive mistakes in this industry.
WordPress or Shopify?
Shopify if selling products online is the main purpose. WordPress for almost everything else, because it gives more control over content and structure, which matters for ranking. We recommend based on what the site has to do rather than on what we prefer to build.
Can I update the site myself?
Yes, and you should be able to. Hours, prices, photos and text are all editable without calling us. We hand over with a short walkthrough. Structural changes are where it is worth involving us.
Who owns the site and the domain?
You do. Domain, hosting and files are in your name. If we stop working together you keep everything and can hand it to anyone. Agencies that hold your domain hostage are relying on it being difficult to leave.
Do I need a new site, or can you fix the one I have?
Often the existing one can be improved, and that is usually the cheaper route. A rebuild is worth it when the site is on a platform that blocks the technical changes needed, or when it is slow enough on mobile that no amount of ranking will rescue the conversion rate.
Do you write the content?
Yes, in Spanish and English, built around the terms your customers search. Content written for ranking and content written for the reader are not in conflict when the research is done first.
Do you handle hosting?
We set it up and can manage it, or work with a host you already use. What we will not do is put your site somewhere cheap enough to undermine the load times we just spent the build protecting.
What happens after launch?
Software updates, security, backups and fixes are covered by maintenance. Unmaintained WordPress sites are the ones that get compromised, and cleaning up afterwards costs considerably more than the maintenance would have.
Can the site be in Spanish and English?
Yes, and in bilingual markets it is usually the right call. Building it in from the start is far cheaper than retrofitting it later, so it is worth deciding early even if the second language launches afterwards.
Who would I be working with?
Aylin Benítez manages the project and is your point of contact throughout. Build work is handled by the teams behind Media Saga Social SEO. She responds in 2 business days or less.

Let's look at your site.

We will check how fast it loads on a phone, whether the next step is obvious, and whether it is built in a way Google can read. If it only needs fixing rather than replacing, we will say so.
