Digital Marketing for
Professional Services
Nobody looks for a lawyer, an accountant or a consultant on a good day. Something has gone wrong, or something important is about to happen. They search quietly, read three firms carefully and contact one. We work on being the one they read first and trust most.
Your reality
How clients actually choose a professional.
Your buyer is anxious, under time pressure and about to spend money they had not planned to spend. Everything below follows from that.
They search the problem, not your profession
People do not type corporate legal services. They type what is happening to them: me despidieron, how to register a company, cómo pagar menos impuestos, visa de residencia. The page that answers the problem in their words is the page they find, and firms that publish only formal practice-area descriptions never appear in those searches at all.
They compare quietly and contact once
Unlike an emergency trade, nobody calls three firms and hires the fastest. They read, they check who you are, sometimes over several days, and then they make one approach. That means you are being judged entirely on what is published before you ever know the person exists, and the depth of what you publish is doing the selling.
They are hiring a person, not a firm
Clients want to know who will actually handle the matter, what they have done before and whether they seem like somebody who will explain things clearly. A site with no named professionals, or one photograph of a boardroom nobody sits in, loses to the firm whose people are visible with real experience next to their names. This is the single biggest difference we find in this sector.
Your expertise is the marketing
In most industries content is a wrapper around a sales message. Here it is the product being sampled. A clear explanation of what happens in an unfair dismissal claim, or what a foreign buyer needs in order to purchase property, demonstrates competence more convincingly than any claim about your firm, and it is what people find when they search the problem.
What goes wrong
The four mistakes we see most in professional services.
These are the reasons capable firms lose work to less capable ones with better pages.
One services page listing everything you do
Labour, corporate, family, tax, immigration and litigation in a single bulleted list ranks for none of them. Each practice area is a different search, a different client and a different worry, so each one needs its own page written for that person. This is the most common structural problem we find in the sector and the most valuable to fix.
No names, no faces, no biographies
Many firms here publish nothing about their professionals, sometimes out of formality and sometimes out of caution. The effect is that a client deciding who to trust with a serious problem cannot find a single human being. Names, photographs, qualifications, years in practice and the kind of matters each person handles change enquiry rates more than any design work.
Language written for colleagues, not clients
Formality is not the same as authority. When a page is written in the register of a submission, an anxious client cannot tell whether you handle their situation, so they keep looking. Writing plainly does not make you sound less expert, it makes you sound like somebody who can explain things, which is precisely what they are buying.
No clear first step
People hesitate to contact a professional because they do not know what it will cost or what they are committing to. Saying plainly what the first conversation involves, how long it takes, whether it is free and what happens afterwards removes more friction than any button colour. Uncertainty is what stops the enquiry, not effort.
What we would start with
For a professional firm, in this order.
Your clients read before they contact, so the work concentrates on being found for the problem and then being convincing on the page.
1 · SEO
A page for each practice area, written in the words clients use for their problem rather than the words the profession uses. This is the highest-return work available to a firm, because these searches carry serious intent and most of your competitors have published one generic services page and stopped.
2 · Diseño Web
Professional biographies with real faces and real experience, practice areas that stand as their own pages, a plain explanation of the first consultation, and a way to make contact that suits somebody who does not want to phone yet. Credibility and clarity, in that order.
3 · Google Ads
Clicks in this sector are among the most expensive there are, and they can still be worth it when one matter is worth what your matters are worth. The discipline is bidding narrowly on the services you actually want more of, at the hours your team can respond, rather than on your profession in general.
4 · LinkedIn
For firms selling to businesses this is where your buyers are, and where a professional with a visible track record generates work directly. It builds slowly and it is a relationship channel rather than a campaign, which is why it sits below the three above rather than above them.
AEO · being the answer when somebody asks
People now describe their problem to an assistant before they search for anybody. What are my rights if I am dismissed, what does a foreigner need to buy property here, how do I register a company. The reply explains the situation and often names who to speak to.
Firms that publish clear, structured answers to those questions are the ones being cited. Your expertise was always the asset, and this is a new place where it earns.
What changes
What working looks like for you.
These are the things we report on, because they are the things we control. Whether an enquiry becomes a client depends on your consultation and your fees, and that stays yours.
You appear for the problems you want to handle
Rankings by practice area rather than one number for the firm, so you can see that labour work is climbing while corporate is flat, and decide where the next effort goes.
The enquiries match the work you want
Because each page describes a specific situation, the people who contact you have usually self-selected into the right matter. Fewer conversations that go nowhere is worth as much as more conversations.
More of your readers make contact
Named professionals, a clear first step and pages that answer the actual question change how many of your existing visitors get in touch. That is measurable from the week the site changes, before any new traffic arrives.
You know what a consultation request costs
When ads are running you see tracked actions and cost per action in your own account, split by practice area. In a sector with expensive clicks, that is the number that decides whether to continue.

Before any talk of scope or price, we will pull what people in your city search for when they need what you do, practice area by practice area, roughly how many of them there are each month, who currently holds those positions, and where the realistic gap is. Written up and sent to you. No charge.
Where we deliver
Professional services, in your market.
A firm in Panama City fields enquiries about company formation and residency in two languages, often from people who are not in the country yet. A firm in Medellín serves a local market plus a steady flow of foreign buyers and founders. Campaigns are built for the market you actually practise in.

Who you deal with
You will be working with Aylin.
Aylin spent her career in marketing and in enterprise marketing software sales, working with major brands and companies throughout Latin America. She has sat across the table from marketing directors defending a budget and reporting results upward, which means she already knows what a plan has to look like before anyone can say yes to it.
That is why a first conversation with her feels closer to a diagnosis than a pitch. She will want to know which matters you want more of, where your clients find you today, and what you have already tried. Then she will tell you which of the five services would change things fastest, including when the answer is that you do not need all of them.
She works in Spanish or English, whichever you prefer, and inside your business hours. She handles your account herself from that first message through to the monthly reviews, so nobody hands you to a junior once the contract is signed.
