Aylin Benítez · Co-Founder

Aylin runs client relationships at Alza Digital from Panama City. Her background is enterprise SaaS sales across Latin American markets, which is why the first conversation tends to feel like a diagnosis rather than a pitch. She has spent years working out what a business actually needs before proposing anything to it.

She handles your account directly and stays on it. You are not passed to a junior account manager once the contract is signed, and you will not be talking to a different person every month.

After you hit send

What happens next.

No mystery, no drip sequence, no chasing. Four steps, and you can stop at any one of them without owing anything.

01

Aylin reads it and writes back

A real reply from a person, referencing what you actually wrote. Within two business days, and usually the same day if you write during Panama business hours.

02

A short call, if you want one

About thirty minutes, by video or phone, in Spanish or English. She asks what you sell, which city you sell it in, and where your enquiries come from today. There is nothing to prepare.

03

We look at your market before we quote anything

What people in your city actually search for, which competitors are ranking for it, and where the gap is. This happens before a price is discussed, because a number quoted without it is a guess.

04

You get something specific in writing

Defined scope, defined deliverables, defined price. If what you need is not something we do well, or if the timing is wrong for your business, she will say so directly instead of selling you the nearest thing on the shelf.

Questions

Before you write

How quickly will somebody get back to me?▾
Within two business days at the outside. Messages sent during Panama business hours are usually answered the same day. If you have not heard anything after two days, something has gone wrong with the message and it is worth sending again.
Do I need to know which service I want before I contact you?▾
No, and most people do not. Working out which one is costing you the most business right now is the point of the first conversation. If you would rather read first, the services page explains what each one does and who it suits.
Is the first conversation free?▾
Yes, including the market research that goes into the proposal. You are not charged anything until there is a signed scope of work, and there is no obligation to proceed after seeing a proposal.
Do you work with businesses outside Panama?▾
Yes. Panama City is where we are based, and we work across all fifteen Spanish-speaking countries in Latin America. Campaigns are built around the search behaviour of your specific city rather than a regional template, so being outside Panama makes no difference to how the work is done.
Can we do all of this in English?▾
Yes. We work with you in whichever language you prefer, and separately from that, we build campaigns in the language your customers search in. In tourism and expat markets those are often not the same language, which is a distinction worth making early.
What information should I have ready?▾
Nothing, strictly speaking. It helps if you know roughly where your customers currently come from and what you have already tried, but if the honest answer is that you are not sure, that is useful information too and a common place to start.
Are you only interested in large companies?▾
No. We work with single-location businesses, multi-location operators and larger companies, and the approach differs between them. A single clinic and a chain of twelve need genuinely different strategies, not the same one at different prices.
I already work with an agency. Is there any point in talking?▾
Often, yes. Plenty of businesses come to us because they cannot tell whether what they are paying for is working. If your current agency is doing a good job, Aylin will tell you that and you will have lost half an hour. If it is not, you will at least know what specifically is missing.

Still reading instead of writing?

There is no wrong way to open the conversation. Two sentences about what your business sells and what is not working is more than enough to start.
