Digital Marketing Agency
in Chile
Chile is one of only two markets in the region where people search in Spanish and English in roughly equal numbers. If your site exists in one language, you are reaching about half the demand and competing for all of the competition.
The market
Four things about Chile that will affect your results.
Get these right and you turn up in front of people who are already looking for what you sell. Get them wrong and you can spend steadily for a year and stay invisible to exactly the customers you were paying to reach.
Your market searches in two languages
Marketing digital chile and digital marketing chile return the same monthly volume, and the pattern repeats across categories. Only one other country in the region behaves this way. It means a Spanish-only site is competing for part of its own market while the English half goes to whoever bothered to publish in it, which in most categories here is almost nobody.
Chileans are actively shopping for better websites
Diseño web chile draws around 480 searches a month, the highest country-level web design demand anywhere in our regional research, in a market smaller than several of its neighbours. Businesses here are replacing their sites rather than tolerating them, which tells you something about what your customers now expect when they arrive on yours.
The regions are industries, not just smaller cities
Chile does not spread evenly. The north runs on mining and the suppliers around it, the centre on ports, wine and services, the south on universities, forestry and industry. A campaign for a business in Antofagasta is not a smaller version of a Santiago campaign, it is a different one, aimed at buyers who are frequently procurement teams rather than consumers.
Whoever answers first usually gets the work
Enquiries reach you three ways: WhatsApp, a phone call and your website form. Buyers commonly contact several businesses in one sitting and go with whoever replies first, so all three have to be visible and actually monitored. WhatsApp is frequently an afterthought on sites built for desktop, and in a phone-first market that is where a good share of your messages want to go.
What you get
What working with us is actually like.
Chile has no shortage of agencies, and standards here are higher than in most of the region. What is still hard to find is one that will show you the reasoning behind what it is charging you for.
You get answers the same day, not the next one
We work in your time zone and your business hours. When a campaign needs a decision or something breaks, you are talking to a person that afternoon rather than waiting overnight for a reply from a different continent. It sounds like a small thing until the week you need something changed before a weekend.
You see the research before you approve the plan
Every term we propose targeting comes with its search volume and its difficulty score attached, for your city and your industry, in both languages where that applies. You will know how many people are looking for what you sell each month and how hard it will be to reach them before you spend anything. If those numbers do not justify the work, we would rather you saw that too.
We work in both languages without treating one as a translation
Running a machine translation of your Spanish pages and calling it an English site does not work, because the English searches use different words and come from a different buyer. Where the research shows both languages carry volume in your category, we build for both properly. Where it shows one of them does not, we will tell you rather than bill you for it.
You can check every number we report
Each month you see where you rank and for which terms, how much search traffic reached your site, and how many enquiries came in and what each one cost. Those are figures you can verify in your own accounts rather than take on trust. We do not put a revenue projection in a proposal, because your pricing and your sales process are yours, and a number that depends on them is not ours to promise.
Services in Chile
What each service does for a Chilean business.
Five services that work together rather than five line items on an invoice. Most businesses start with one or two, and which ones make sense depends on where your customers are already looking for you.
Posicionamiento Web · SEO
Being what people find when they search for what you sell in your city, in whichever language they searched in. Chile is one of the few markets where building the English version of a page is worth doing on volume alone rather than as an afterthought. This is the service that compounds: the position you hold keeps working after you stop paying for it.
Diseño Web
This matters more in Chile than almost anywhere nearby, because your customers are visibly shopping for better sites and will judge yours against that standard. Fast on mobile, clear about what you do and what it involves, and easy to contact from any page. Where both languages carry demand in your category, the site is built for both rather than translated into one.
Google Ads y Facebook Ads
Enquiries from the week you launch, which is what makes ads worth running while search positions are still building. Campaigns can be split by language as well as by region, which matters for businesses selling into the mining north or to international buyers. Your budget goes into your own account in Chilean pesos and we charge a management fee only.
Redes Sociales
Your profile is where people check whether you are real before they message you, and a dormant account undoes the work your ads and rankings are doing. For business to business sellers in Chile that frequently means LinkedIn carries more weight than Instagram, and we would rather run one channel properly than four badly.
AEO · AI Answer Engine Optimization
When someone asks ChatGPT for a recommendation, or reads the AI summary at the top of Google instead of scrolling the results, the answer names specific businesses. AEO is the work of being one of the businesses those answers name.
It is a different job from ranking and it needs different structure on your pages. In a bilingual market it also has to work in both languages, since the assistant answers in whichever one the question arrived in. The businesses that move early tend to keep the position.
Industries
We know your industry.
A mining supplier in Antofagasta is found by a procurement team comparing certified vendors. A clinic in Providencia is found by a patient who has been reading for three weeks. A vineyard is found by a visitor planning a trip six months out. Every industry has its own buyers, its own platforms and its own moment of decision, and yours is where we start.
Your city
What your city means for your business.
We work with businesses anywhere in Chile, and where you are shapes what we would do first. Find your city below. If yours is La Serena, Temuco, Puerto Montt or anywhere else along the country, the same research applies to your market.
A capital with the cordillera at the end of every street.
Santiago holds most of the country's business and most of its search demand, and your customers here are used to things working properly. Competition is real, and standards are higher than in much of the region, which is exactly why doing this well separates you rather than just keeping you level. What you build in Santiago tends to hold, and it reaches the whole country from here.
Hills, port and colour, an hour from the capital.
The two cities work as one market with two personalities: Valparaíso with its hills, its murals and its creative businesses, Viña with the beach and the hotels. A lot of your demand arrives from Santiago on a Friday and from further away in summer, which means the research that matters is not only local. Very few businesses here have built for those visitors properly.
A university city with industry around it.
Concepción has students, forestry, industry and a music scene the rest of the country takes seriously. Search volumes here are smaller than Santiago's and the field is thinner still, so a business that builds properly can become the visible option in its category without much of a fight. The enquiries tend to be local and serious.
Desert, port and the industry that pays for a great deal of Chile.
Your buyers here are frequently procurement teams at mining operations and their contractors, comparing suppliers on certification, capability and delivery rather than on price alone. A good share of that evaluation happens in English because the companies involved are international. Very few local suppliers have built anything for that reader, which leaves the ground unusually open.

Who you deal with
You will be working with Aylin.
Aylin spent her career in marketing and in enterprise marketing software sales, working with major brands and companies throughout Latin America. She has sat across the table from marketing directors defending a budget and reporting results upward, which means she already knows what a plan has to look like before anyone can say yes to it.
That is why a first conversation with her feels closer to a diagnosis than a pitch. She will want to know what you sell, where your customers find you today, and what you have already tried. Then she will tell you which of the five services would change things fastest for your business, including when the answer is that you do not need all of them.
She works in Spanish or English, whichever you prefer, and inside your business hours. In a market where a good share of your buyers may be reading in English, that is more than a convenience. She handles your account herself from that first message through to the monthly reviews, so nobody hands you to a junior once the contract is signed.
Start with the research, not the sales call.
Tell us what you sell and where in Chile you sell it. You will get back a snapshot of what your customers are searching for, in both languages where that applies, who currently ranks for it, and what it would realistically take to get you there.
