Digital Marketing Agency
in Venezuela
Almost every business here runs on Instagram and WhatsApp, and a large share of the paying customers are not in the country at all. Both of those facts change what a marketing plan should look like, and most of what is written about this market ignores them.
The market
Four things about Venezuela that will affect your results.
This market works differently enough that advice imported from anywhere else is usually wrong. These are the things we would want you to know before spending anything.
A large part of your market is abroad
Millions of Venezuelans live outside the country and a great deal of what happens inside it is arranged and paid for by them: food and goods delivered to family, medical care for a relative, a professional service, a repair, a celebration. Those customers are searching from Bogotá, Madrid, Santiago, Miami and Lima. They are reachable, they usually pay in dollars, and almost nobody is marketing to them deliberately.
Instagram and WhatsApp are the business, and that is a risk as well as a channel
More than anywhere else in the region, businesses here operate entirely inside two apps: the catalogue, the prices, the orders and the customer history all live in accounts you do not own and cannot export. Accounts get locked, hacked and restricted, and when that happens the business stops. Keep both, and put something underneath them that cannot be switched off by somebody else.
What you can actually run is the first question, not the last
Payment methods, billing arrangements and platform availability are more complicated here than in neighbouring countries, and they change. Before any strategy is worth discussing we check what is genuinely available to your business, including whether campaigns are better run from an account outside the country if you already operate that way. The legal and tax side belongs with your own advisors, and we will tell you plainly where something is outside what we can help with.
The field is close to empty
Very few businesses here have a working website, and fewer still have done anything deliberate with search. That means the terms in your category are largely unclaimed and the work needed to become the visible option is small. It also means you are unlikely to be outspent, which is not something a business in Bogotá or Mexico City can say.
What you get
What working with us is actually like.
We are not going to tell you what this market will look like in three years. What we can do is show you the reasoning behind anything we propose, and be straight about what is and is not possible right now.
You get answers the same day, not the next one
We are half an hour away by time zone and work your business hours. When a campaign needs a decision or something breaks, you are talking to a person that afternoon rather than waiting overnight for a reply from a different continent.
We check what is workable before we propose anything
There is no point designing a campaign that cannot be paid for or a platform strategy that is not available to you. The first conversation covers what your business can actually run today, and if the answer is that paid advertising is not practical for you right now, we will say so and build the plan around what is.
We research the countries your customers are in
For a lot of Venezuelan businesses the useful research is not the Venezuelan database at all. It is what Venezuelans in Colombia, Spain, Chile, the United States or Peru type when they are looking to arrange something at home. That is a different set of words, and it is the number we would bring you rather than a local figure that understates your market.
You can check every number we report
Each month you see where you rank and for which terms, how much search traffic reached your site, and how many enquiries came in and what each one cost. Those are figures you can verify in your own accounts rather than take on trust. We do not put a revenue projection in a proposal, because your pricing and your sales process are yours, and a number that depends on them is not ours to promise.
Services in Venezuela
What each service does for a Venezuelan business.
Five services that work together rather than five line items on an invoice. Here more than anywhere, most businesses should start with one or two.
Diseño Web
First, because it is the part of your business that nobody else can switch off. Your catalogue, your prices, your contact details and your history in a place you own, fast on a phone and on a weak connection, with WhatsApp reachable from every page. If your account disappeared tomorrow, this is what would still be standing.
Redes Sociales
This is where your customers already are and we would not move you off it. What we would change is how it connects to everything else: a profile that sends people somewhere you own, a catalogue that is not trapped in a story, and messages that get answered in a way you can actually measure. We report reach, saves, profile visits and messages.
Posicionamiento Web · SEO
Being what people find when they search, including the Venezuelans abroad looking for a way to arrange something at home. Those searches happen in other countries' databases and they are almost entirely uncontested. Positions here cost very little to take and they keep working without ongoing spend, which matters in a market where budgets have to stay flexible.
Google Ads y Facebook Ads
Practical for some businesses here and not for others, depending on how you are set up and where you can pay from. Where it does work, the most productive campaigns are frequently aimed at Venezuelans in other countries rather than at the domestic market. We establish what is possible for you before proposing any of it.
AEO · AI Answer Engine Optimization
When someone asks an assistant how to arrange something in Caracas, which service is reliable, or where to find a particular product, the answer names specific businesses. AEO is the work of being one of the businesses those answers name.
It costs nothing in media spend, which matters here, and it depends on having your information organised somewhere an assistant can read it. In a market where most businesses exist only inside a social account, that is a short distance to travel and very few have travelled it.
Industries
We know your industry.
A delivery business is found by somebody in Santiago arranging groceries for their mother. A clinic is found by a patient comparing options for a procedure. A restaurant is found by whoever is deciding where to eat tonight. Every industry has its own buyers, its own platforms and its own moment of decision, and yours is where we start.
Your city
What your city means for your business.
We work with businesses anywhere in Venezuela, and where you are shapes what we would do first. Find your city below. If yours is Barquisimeto, Mérida, Maturín or anywhere else, the same research applies to your market.
El Ávila over the city, and a business community that improvises brilliantly.
Caracas holds most of the country's commerce and most of its searching, and caraqueño businesses have become unusually good at making things work with whatever is available. That resourcefulness is worth pointing at something durable. Almost nothing serious has been built here online, so the positions in your category are usually there for whoever claims them first.
The lake, the heat and a city that has always traded.
Maracaibo sits close to the Colombian border and has a long commercial tradition that has adapted repeatedly. A meaningful share of the money reaching businesses here comes from maracuchos living abroad, particularly in Colombia, which makes the cross-border audience more relevant here than almost anywhere in the country.
The industrial belt, still working.
Valencia and the towns around it hold manufacturing, distribution and the suppliers that serve them, with buyers who are businesses rather than consumers. That is a different kind of marketing: fewer searches, higher value, and a buyer who wants to know what you can actually supply and when. Very little of that information is published by anyone here.
Beaches that people still come back for.
Margarita and the eastern coast serve domestic visitors and a returning diaspora who come home for holidays and family occasions, frequently planning from another country weeks ahead. Those trips are booked through searches that happen elsewhere, which is exactly the audience most businesses on the island have never built anything for.

Who you deal with
You will be working with Aylin.
Aylin spent her career in marketing and in enterprise marketing software sales, working with major brands and companies throughout Latin America. She has sat across the table from marketing directors defending a budget and reporting results upward, which means she already knows what a plan has to look like before anyone can say yes to it.
That is why a first conversation with her feels closer to a diagnosis than a pitch. She will want to know what you sell, where your customers are, what you can practically run from where you are, and what you have already tried. Then she will tell you which of the five services would change things fastest, including when the answer is that you need one of them and not the rest.
She works in Spanish or English, whichever you prefer, and inside your business hours. She handles your account herself from that first message through to the monthly reviews, so nobody hands you to a junior once the contract is signed.
Start with the research, not the sales call.
Tell us what you sell and where your customers are, here or abroad. You will get back a snapshot of what they are searching for, who currently ranks for it, what it would realistically take to get you there, and what is practical to run from where you are.
