Digital Marketing Agency
in Peru
Peru is one of the few markets in the region where serious search demand and light paid competition exist at the same time. That combination does not last forever, and right now it means a well-built presence here costs less to establish than almost anywhere else nearby.
The market
Four things about Peru that will affect your results.
Get these right and you turn up in front of people who are already looking for what you sell. Get them wrong and you can spend steadily for a year and stay invisible to exactly the customers you were paying to reach.
Peruvians shorten it, and the short version is bigger
Agencia digital draws around 2,900 searches a month here, against roughly 880 for agencia de marketing digital. That is the reverse of what happens in most neighbouring countries, and a business optimising only for the longer phrase is competing for the smaller half of its own market. The same shortening happens inside individual categories, which is why we test the phrasing before writing anything.
Paid competition here is unusually light
Agencia de marketing digital lima carries around 720 searches a month at roughly half a dollar a click. A term with that much intent would cost several times as much in Mexico or Argentina. Low cost per click means few competitors are bidding, and it usually means few have done the organic work either, so both routes into this market are cheaper than the demand would suggest.
Lima holds most of the demand, and the regions hold almost none of the competition
Search volume in Peru concentrates in the capital more heavily than in Colombia or Mexico, so a Lima business is competing where the customers are. Outside Lima the numbers are smaller, but so is the field: in Arequipa, Trujillo or Cusco a business that builds properly can often become the visible option in its category without much of a fight.
Whoever answers first usually gets the work
Enquiries reach you three ways: WhatsApp, a phone call and your website form. Buyers commonly contact several businesses in one sitting and go with whoever replies first, so all three have to be visible and actually monitored. WhatsApp is frequently an afterthought on sites built for desktop, and in a phone-first market that is where a good share of your messages want to go.
What you get
What working with us is actually like.
Peru has no shortage of agencies. What it has a shortage of is agencies that will show you the reasoning behind what they are charging you for.
You get answers the same day, not the next one
We work in your time zone and your business hours. When a campaign needs a decision or something breaks, you are talking to a person that afternoon rather than waiting overnight for a reply from a different continent. It sounds like a small thing until the week you need something changed before a weekend.
You see the research before you approve the plan
Every term we propose targeting comes with its search volume and its difficulty score attached, for your city and your industry. You will know how many people are looking for what you sell each month and how hard it will be to reach them before you spend anything. If those numbers do not justify the work, we would rather you saw that too.
We will tell you when ads are the cheaper answer
In most markets we would tell you paid traffic is the expensive way to buy attention while search builds underneath it. Peru is one of the places where that is less true, because the cost per click on serious commercial terms is low enough that ads can carry a business for longer than usual. Where that applies to your category we will say so, even when it means recommending a smaller engagement than you expected.
You can check every number we report
Each month you see where you rank and for which terms, how much search traffic reached your site, and how many enquiries came in and what each one cost. Those are figures you can verify in your own accounts rather than take on trust. We do not put a revenue projection in a proposal, because your pricing and your sales process are yours, and a number that depends on them is not ours to promise.
Services in Peru
What each service does for a Peruvian business.
Five services that work together rather than five line items on an invoice. Most businesses start with one or two, and which ones make sense depends on where your customers are already looking for you.
Posicionamiento Web · SEO
Being what people find when they search for what you sell in your city. In Peru that means building around city terms and around the shortened phrasing people here actually use, which is frequently not the one your industry prefers. This is the service that compounds: the position you hold keeps working after you stop paying for it.
Redes Sociales
In Peru your Facebook or Instagram profile is where people check whether you are real before they message you, and for many businesses it is where the message itself arrives. A dormant account with three posts from last year undoes the work your ads and your rankings are doing. We manage the profile as part of the buying journey rather than as a separate content exercise.
Google Ads y Facebook Ads
Enquiries from the week you launch, and in this market they tend to arrive at a lower cost per enquiry than in the larger economies nearby. That makes paid unusually attractive here while search positions build, though we still measure it on cost per enquiry rather than clicks. Your budget goes into your own account in soles and we charge a management fee only.
Diseño Web
Most of your visitors arrive on a phone, frequently on a connection slower than the site was designed for. A page that takes six seconds to load has lost the customer before your content appears. Sites we build here load fast on mobile and make every way of contacting you easy to find, WhatsApp included.
AEO · AI Answer Engine Optimization
When someone asks ChatGPT for a recommendation, or reads the AI summary at the top of Google instead of scrolling the results, the answer names specific businesses. AEO is the work of being one of the businesses those answers name.
It is a different job from ranking and it needs different structure on your pages. The businesses that move early tend to keep the position, because AI answers change far more slowly than search results do.
Industries
We know your industry.
A restaurant in Lima is found by somebody deciding where to eat in the next hour, or by a visitor planning a trip around it months ahead. A clinic is found by a patient who has been reading for three weeks. A law firm is found the day a problem becomes urgent. Every industry has its own buyers, its own platforms and its own moment of decision, and yours is where we start.
Your city
What your city means for your business.
We work with businesses anywhere in Peru, and where you are shapes what we would do first. Find your city below. If yours is Piura, Chiclayo, Iquitos or anywhere else, the same research applies to your market.
One of the world's great food cities, and a capital that holds nearly everything.
People fly to your city for dinner, which is not something many capitals can say. Lima also concentrates more of the country's search demand than almost any other capital in the region concentrates its own, so this is where your customers are. Competition is real but shallow compared with the volume, and businesses that build properly here tend to hold their position for a long time.
The white city, and a business culture of its own.
Arequipa has always done things its own way, with an economy and an identity that owe nothing to the capital. Search volumes here are smaller than Lima's and the field is thinner still, which means the work needed to become the visible business in your category is genuinely modest. The enquiries that arrive tend to be local, serious and ready.
A northern commercial hub that has been quietly growing.
Trujillo sits at the centre of an agricultural and commercial region that keeps expanding, with a young population and a university city feeding it. Very few businesses here have built anything serious online, so the terms that matter in your category are usually available. Arriving early in a market like this is worth more than arriving well-funded in a crowded one.
Your customers are planning from another country, months ahead.
Cusco receives visitors who have been reading about it for a year before they arrive, and a large share of that research happens in English. Local search volumes look small on paper because the demand is not local: it is spread across the countries your visitors are booking from. Being findable in that research, in the language it happens in, matters more here than raw volume ever suggests.

Who you deal with
You will be working with Aylin.
Aylin spent her career in marketing and in enterprise marketing software sales, working with major brands and companies throughout Latin America. She has sat across the table from marketing directors defending a budget and reporting results upward, which means she already knows what a plan has to look like before anyone can say yes to it.
That is why a first conversation with her feels closer to a diagnosis than a pitch. She will want to know what you sell, where your customers find you today, and what you have already tried. Then she will tell you which of the five services would change things fastest for your business, including when the answer is that you do not need all of them.
She works in Spanish or English, whichever you prefer, and inside your business hours. She handles your account herself from that first message through to the monthly reviews, so nobody hands you to a junior once the contract is signed and you never start over explaining your business to someone new.
Start with the research, not the sales call.
Tell us what you sell and which Peruvian city you sell it in. You will get back a snapshot of what your customers are searching for, who currently ranks for it, and what it would realistically take to get you there.
