Serving businesses across El Salvador

Digital Marketing Agency
in El Salvador

A large share of the money spent with Salvadoran businesses is decided by someone living in the United States. That customer is reachable, pays in the same currency you price in, and almost nobody here is marketing to them on purpose.

The market

Four things about El Salvador that will affect your results.

This is a small market with a shape most marketing advice ignores completely. These are the things worth knowing before you spend anything.

01

Part of your market lives in the United States

A very large Salvadoran community lives abroad, most of it in the United States, and a great deal of what gets bought here is arranged or paid for by them: medical care for a parent, a repair, a service, a celebration, a purchase delivered to family. Those people search from Los Angeles, Houston, Washington and New York, in Spanish and often in English, and they are almost entirely unserved.

02

You price in the same currency they do

El Salvador uses the US dollar, which removes friction most of the region lives with. Your ad budget does not move against an exchange rate between approval and spending, and a price published on your site reads the same to somebody in Houston as it does to somebody in San Salvador. For a business selling to family abroad, that clarity is worth more than it sounds.

03

The whole country is one market, and it is unclaimed

El Salvador is compact enough that most businesses can reach the entire country rather than a single city, which makes campaigns simpler and cheaper than in larger markets. Very few businesses here have built anything serious online, so the terms in your category are usually available and the work needed to hold them is small.

04

Whoever answers first usually gets the work

Enquiries reach you through WhatsApp, a phone call and your website form, and from abroad frequently at hours when nobody is watching. Buyers commonly contact several businesses in one sitting and go with whoever replies first. A stated response time and a monitored WhatsApp do more work here than most campaigns.

What you get

What working with us is actually like.

There is no shortage of people offering to run your social media here. What is harder to find is somebody who will show you the reasoning behind what they are charging you for.

01

You get answers the same day, not the next one

We work in your business hours from one time zone away. When a campaign needs a decision or something breaks, you are talking to a person that afternoon rather than waiting overnight for a reply from a different continent.

02

We research the countries your customers are in

For many Salvadoran businesses the useful research is not the Salvadoran database. It is what Salvadorans in the United States type when they are arranging something at home, which is a different set of words and a different level of competition. That is the number we would bring you rather than a local figure that understates your market.

03

We will tell you when the answer is small

Plenty of businesses here need a proper site, a working Google profile and a way to be found by name, and nothing else for a while. If that is your situation we will say so rather than propose a monthly retainer. A modest piece of work that fixes the actual problem is worth more to you than a large one that does not.

04

You can check every number we report

Each month you see where you rank and for which terms, how much search traffic reached your site, and how many enquiries came in and what each one cost. Those are figures you can verify in your own accounts rather than take on trust. We do not put a revenue projection in a proposal, because your pricing and your sales process are yours, and a number that depends on them is not ours to promise.

Services in El Salvador

What each service does for a Salvadoran business.

Five services that work together rather than five line items on an invoice. Most businesses here should start with one or two.

Posicionamiento Web · SEO

Being what people find when they search for what you sell, here and in the United States where a large part of your market is deciding. Those searches are almost entirely uncontested by Salvadoran businesses. Positions cost very little to take and they keep working after you stop paying, which in a small market matters more than any campaign.

How we do SEO →

Diseño Web

A site that works for two readers at once: the customer here who wants to know where you are and whether you are open, and the relative abroad who wants to know what something costs and how to pay for it from a distance. Fast on a phone, clear about prices where you can publish them, and easy to contact from any page.

How we build sites →

Redes Sociales

Your profile is where people check whether you are real before they message you, and it is also where families abroad keep an eye on businesses back home. A dormant account with three posts from last year undoes the work your rankings are doing. We report reach, saves, profile visits and messages rather than follower counts.

How we run social →

Google Ads y Facebook Ads

Enquiries from the week you launch, and here the most interesting campaigns are frequently aimed at Salvadoran communities in specific American cities rather than at the domestic market. Budgets are in dollars in your own account, we charge a management fee only, and where the numbers do not justify a campaign we will say so before you spend.

Almost nobody here offers this yet

AEO · AI Answer Engine Optimization

When someone asks an assistant which clinic in San Salvador handles a procedure, how to arrange something for family at home, or where to stay near the coast, the answer names specific businesses before any search results appear.

In a market where almost no business has organised its information properly, the number of names an assistant can offer in your category is very small. Being one of them is an unusually short distance away, and it costs nothing in media spend.

Industries

We know your industry.

A clinic is found by a daughter in Los Angeles comparing options for her father. A surf lodge is chosen by a traveller months before they fly. A pupusería is found by whoever is deciding where to eat tonight. Every industry has its own buyers, its own platforms and its own moment of decision, and yours is where we start.

Your city

What your part of the country means for your business.

We work with businesses anywhere in El Salvador, and where you are shapes what we would do first. Find your area below. If yours is Sonsonate, La Unión, Ahuachapán or anywhere else, the same research applies to your market.

SAN SALVADOR

The capital under the volcano, and most of the country's business.

San Salvador and the surrounding municipalities hold the offices, the clinics, the universities and the customers who buy all year. Because the country is compact, being visible here reaches a large share of the national market at once. Competition exists and is modest, and the businesses that simply do this properly stand out quickly.

SANTA ANA

Colonial west, coffee country and a city with its own gravity.

Santa Ana serves the western departments and has a commercial life independent of the capital, with agriculture, trade and a growing service sector around it. Almost nothing has been built here online, so search volumes are small and the field is smaller still, which makes becoming the visible business in your category a modest job.

LA LIBERTAD Y LA COSTA

Point breaks that people fly across the world for.

El Tunco, El Zonte and the coast west of the capital draw surfers and travellers who plan from other countries, months ahead, mostly in English. Those searches never appear in Salvadoran keyword research because they do not happen here. Businesses along this coast that publish real answers for that traveller tend to be found long before anybody lands.

SAN MIGUEL Y EL ORIENTE

The east, where nearly every family has somebody abroad.

San Miguel and the eastern departments have the deepest ties to the communities in the United States, and a great deal of local spending is decided at that distance. For businesses here the audience abroad is not a side market, it is frequently the main one, and it is reachable in ways that almost nobody locally has attempted.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

How do we reach Salvadorans living in the United States?▾
By researching the American market rather than this one. Somebody in Los Angeles or Houston arranging something for family at home searches in Google's United States database, in Spanish or English, using words a Salvadoran keyword list would never surface. Campaigns and content can be aimed at those specific cities, and since almost no business here does it deliberately, the ground is open.
Is there enough search volume here to be worth it?▾
Locally the volumes are small and we would rather say so. Two things make the market work anyway: a meaningful part of your demand is being searched from abroad where the volumes are larger, and the competition here is close to nothing. A term with modest volume and nobody competing for it is worth more than a large one you cannot reach.
Should we target San Salvador or the whole country?▾
Often the whole country, because El Salvador is small enough that national targeting is realistic on a modest budget. It depends on what you sell: a restaurant or a clinic serves people who can reach it, while a distributor, a professional service or anything shipped can treat the country as one market. Where national makes sense it is usually cheaper than several city campaigns.
We are on the coast and our guests are foreign. Do we need English content?▾
Almost certainly, and built properly rather than translated. Surf and coastal travellers plan from other countries months ahead and in English, and the searches that matter to you are not happening in the Salvadoran database at all. We would research the countries your guests come from, which for a coastal business is where the reachable demand actually sits.
How does the ad budget work?▾
Straightforwardly, because El Salvador uses the dollar. Your budget goes into your own Google or Meta account in the same currency the platforms bill in, so there is no exchange rate to manage between approving a budget and spending it. We charge a management fee only and take no margin on media spend, and the account and its history stay yours.
How long before I see results?▾
Google Ads and Facebook Ads bring traffic the week they launch. A rebuilt site changes how many of your visitors contact you as soon as it goes live. Search rankings take weeks to months, and here they frequently move faster than in the larger markets because there is so little to displace. Anyone promising first-page rankings in thirty days is selling something else.
What do the monthly reports actually show?▾
Where you rank and for which terms, how that changed since last month, how much search traffic reached your site, and how many enquiries came in and what each one cost. All of it verifiable in your own Google and Meta accounts. If a number moved in the wrong direction you will hear about it from us before you find it yourself.
Are you based in El Salvador?▾
Our office is in Panama City and we work throughout El Salvador, in your business hours, with the research done for your market specifically. Most agencies run client work remotely whether their office is in Santa Elena or not. If having an agency with a Salvadoran address is a requirement for you, that is a reasonable thing to want and we are not it.

Aylin Benítez
Co-Founder

Aylin spent her career in marketing and in enterprise marketing software sales, working with major brands and companies throughout Latin America. She has sat across the table from marketing directors defending a budget and reporting results upward, which means she already knows what a plan has to look like before anyone can say yes to it.

That is why a first conversation with her feels closer to a diagnosis than a pitch. She will want to know what you sell, where your customers actually are, and what you have already tried. Then she will tell you which of the five services would change things fastest for your business, including when the answer is that you do not need all of them.

She works in Spanish or English, whichever you prefer, and inside your business hours. Where part of your market is in the United States, that second language stops being a convenience and becomes part of the work. She handles your account herself from that first message through to the monthly reviews.

Start with the research, not the sales call.

Tell us what you sell and where your customers are, here or abroad. You will get back a snapshot of what they are searching for, who currently ranks for it, and what it would realistically take to get you there.
